This professional 24V LED tape combines red, green, blue and a dedicated 4000K white channel, allowing the same installation to deliver decorative colour or clear everyday lighting.

The neutral-white output makes JC121280 especially suitable for contemporary kitchens, retail displays, commercial interiors, entertainment areas, display furniture, shelving and modern living spaces. Customers can create colourful feature lighting when desired and then return to a clean, balanced white light for normal use.

Dedicated 4000K neutral-white channel

Unlike standard RGB tape, which attempts to create white by combining coloured LEDs, RGBW tape includes a separate white-light channel. The dedicated 4000K LEDs produce a more practical neutral-white appearance for task areas, displays and modern interiors.

When connected to compatible JCC RGBW control equipment, the red, green, blue and white channels can create 16 colour options. Customers can select static colours, adjust brightness or use available dynamic effects through the chosen controller and remote.

The 4000K version is particularly useful where a crisp, contemporary white is preferred over the softer, warmer appearance of 3000K lighting.

Five-metre reel for customised indoor lighting

The JC121280 is supplied as a continuous five-metre reel and consumes 7.2W per metre. A complete uncut reel therefore has a calculated connected load of 36W.

The tape operates at 24V DC and requires a compatible RGBW controller together with a correctly specified 24V constant-voltage driver. JCC specifies a non-dimmable driver because brightness and colour adjustment are performed by the RGBW controller on the low-voltage side.

Accurate 100mm cutting intervals

The strip can be cut every 100mm at the marked copper contact points, allowing electricians to create accurately measured sections for cabinets, shelving, coving, retail displays and architectural features.

Cutting between the designated contacts can damage the circuit tracks or prevent part of the tape from illuminating. When reconnecting sections, the positive, red, green, blue and white connections must remain correctly matched.

Clean installation with an aluminium profile

The slim 10mm-wide tape can be installed inside compatible surface, recessed or corner aluminium profiles. A profile helps protect the strip, assists heat dissipation and supports a diffuser for a smoother, more professional lighting effect.

The JC121280 is IP20-rated and intended for dry indoor locations. It should not be installed outdoors or in areas where it may be exposed to moisture.
