We offer free standard shipping on orders over £75 to UK mainland England, Wales & Scotland*. Orders below £75, shipping starts at £7.49.

*Free shipping excludes Scottish Highlands and Islands.
Please make sure to read the items description as there may be some delivery restrictions meaning the item cannot be sent next day or covered by free shipping.Exclusions are typically for large items, such as: Tubes / Ducting / Storage Heaters / Solar Panels / Oversized items over 5ft. Some of the larger items have a delivery surcharge which is noted in the description.
Please check the order was placed before our next day cut off (12:00PM). If yes, the fastest way to check your orders whereabouts is to use the tracking ID provided.
Please note we ship next working day only, Monday to Friday despatch. Orders placed Friday/Saturday/Sunday will be despatched Monday for Tuesday. Saturday service available, refer to Shipping & Returns at the bottom for pricing.
Yes of course, this can be selected on the DPD tracking page. Please note this is at your risk, and we cannot be held responsible should the parcel go missing. We highly recommend using a local drop-off shop should you not be at home to take for the delivery.
If you have changed your mind about and order, you will need to let us know within 30 days to receive a refund of the cost of the product. For full details please refer to Shipping & Returns at the bottom.
In most cases we will hand the faulty return as normal, but there are some products where the manufacturer will need to provide authorisation prior to returning.
Contact us at the time of suspecting a fault. We can provide the relevant technical number of the manufacturer who will run through a troubleshooting process, if they’re unable to rectify the issue then they will provide a Fault Reference Number, it is important to ask for this so we can proceed with the return.
We do not refund delivery charges, unless it is for a replacement of a faulty item.
Carriage paid orders that are partly returned bringing the order value below £75 will be subject to a deduction of the standard shipping charge from the refund.
