Refund policy

At Electricals Online we want you to be happy with your order. We offer free returns within 30 days of receipt of delivery (excluding select items, detailed below) - if you’ve changed your mind about your order after delivery, you will need to let us know within 30 days to receive a refund. We cannot accept goods back if the product has been used or installed (unless faulty of course), items must be in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. We’re happy for you to unpack the product to inspect, but please be careful until you are sure you’re going to keep it. If you are unsure about compatibility please contact us or the manufacturer for further advice.

If your item is faulty, and the order was received over 30 days ago, then we are only able to offer a replacement. In the rare case where we are unable to provide a replacement, then a refund will be offered.

Our returns are free IF you use our free Evri returns label. If you require collection or another method to return we will have to charge you the customer to return the goods.

 

Please be aware that if a return would reduce the cost of your original order below the £75.00 Free shipping threshold you will be charged for the additional carriage.  Carriage charges are non-refundable.

Any customers located in Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, or Scottish Highlands and Islands will instead have to return their goods via their own methods, as we DO NOT offer free returns to customers in these areas. In addition, we reserve the right to refund your return rather than replace it if you reside in any of these areas.

 

Please note, unless your item is faulty we are unable to offer returns for items that are oversized/too heavy, as well as some items which are sent direct from the manufacturer (such as Sensio, Megaman, and other manufacturers). This includes the following items - ALL Sensio products, 'Special Order Items' (these will be marked as such on the product description), Storage heaters, radiators, battery storage, inverters, solar panels, in-roof solar, water heaters, air conditioning units, oversized lighting, and any other items over 14kg. We also have items which are non refundable altogether. Currently, we are not able to return or refund any cut cables, such as 6943XLH (SWAs). There are other items which this applies to. For more information, please contact us.
