We would like to provide you with a brief update regarding a modification to Aico's return policy for defective products.
From now on, if you encounter a faulty Aico product on site, the first step for you to complete will be to reach out to Aico's Technical Department at 01691 664 100 to attempt to diagnose and resolve the issue. Should the issue persist, Aico will provide you with a Technical Case Number. This number is essential when returning a product to us; we cannot replace or return an item to Aico on your behalf without it.
Once we obtain this number, we will then communicate with Aico, who will subsequently provide Electricals Online with a Unique Returns Number. This number enables us to facilitate the return of the product to Aico, Aico will not accept returns from any wholesaler for a defective or damaged product without both the technical case number and the returns number.
We hope this helps to clear things up, please make sure to follow this instruction when returning Aico products from this point onwards. This does also apply to a handul of other manufacturers, so please be sure to ask us about the procedure when hoping to return products from any brand.
