Please note we are closed for all Bank Holidays, we won't be able to send goods or deliver goods on these days. Enjoy your time off!

Return & Exchange Policy

At Electricals Online we want you to be happy with your order. We offer free returns for a replacement item - if you’ve changed your mind about your order after delivery, you will need to let us know within 30 days to receive a replacement item (if we have the replacement in stock). We cannot accept goods back if the product has been used or installed (unless faulty of course), items must be in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. We’re happy for you to unpack the product to inspect, but please be careful until you are sure you’re going to keep it. If you are unsure about compatibility please contact us or the manufacturer for further advice.

Please note, unless your item is faulty we are unable to offer returns for items that are oversized/too heavy. This includes the following items - Storage heaters, battery storage, inverters, solar panels, in-roof solar, and oversized lighting. If you suspect an item to be faulty, please contact us on the live chat or at hello@electricalsonline.co.uk. Sometimes issues that appear to be faults could be problems that arise during installation or setup, If that’s the case the manufacturer will run through a troubleshooting process with the professional tradesperson to establish and rectify any suspected faults. If they are unable to fix the issue they will provide a returns authorisation number to send back.

Please be aware that if a return would reduce the cost of your original order below the £75.00 Free shipping mark you will be charged for the additional carriage.

 

Shipping Policy

We use various courier services to ensure your product is delivered to you undamaged and in a satisfactory manor. If you have any issues please get in touch with us here. As a result of our efforts to keep your delivery safe and in one piece at all times, we occasionally use a pallet carrier or our own vehicle depending on the size, weight, and value of the products you have ordered. For instance, all solar panels are delivered on our own vehicle as we make sure to extra care to keep these products intact. Consequently, delivery times can take ever so slightly longer when we don't use DPD, so please keep this in mind when expecting orders of solar or large heating products, as an example.

As an example, we won't be able to send out battens any larger than 4ft on a next day service with DPD, the same applies to heaters which are large and heavy, solar panels, and other items in the same vain. If you are unsure if your item will be available for next day/standard delivery, please contact us before placing your order so that we can give you an honest idea of how long it will take for your item to arrive.

Additionally, you will find that certain items unfortunately cost more to deliver, such as storage heaters, solar panels, and so on. Please see the checkout page for these rates when you have your items in your basket, this will show you the relevant charge for your address.

 

In addition, please be aware that all delivery times stated below only apply if you place your order before 12 noon. Ordering after our cut-off time of 12 noon may lead to the delivery taking an extra day.

 

Scottish Highlands

Electricals Online will deliver to the Scottish Highlands at a charge of £22.45. Please select the Scottish Highlands option during the checkout step. If you accidentally select a different option then we will inform you and send a separate invoice for the difference in delivery.

Thanks to their industry-leading Predict and Follow My Parcel Services as our customer you will receive a one-hour delivery window via SMS or email, allowing you track the progress of your order on a map, counting down to a 15-minute delivery window. Our Economy Delivery services are provided by Royal Mail (Small Items) and DPD (larger Parcels) this helps us to offer our customers fantastic value for money with reliable services.

For next day delivery, you can order up to 12 noon online Monday - Friday. All orders despatched on Fridays for Next Day delivery or timed delivery services will be delivered on the next working day Monday - Friday. All orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays will be despatched on the next working day.

We currently do not offer any services to countries outside the UK.
