A Brief History

The directors of Electrical Online have all worked for and supplied some of the biggest electrical companies across the U.K. They saw trade industries drastically change in the age of the internet and came together to pool their knowledge, experience and supplier networks to create EO. Starting out in 2020, Electricals Online have began a climb to the top of the online electrical industry ever since, slowly growing the site further over time to meet customer demands. As of today, we are approaching 2000 Live products on the site, nearly all of which are at or lower than the cheapest price you will find on the web. Due to our expansion, EO can now successfully cover a wide variety of ranges for electrical goods and tools. All the basics are covered, cable, circuit protection, lighting, wiring, tools and more. We've even branched out into the ever-growing world of renewables, we're here to make a difference with EV Charging and Solar solutions, effectively providing accessories, battery storage systems, and more to help you Go Green.

We act on this mission by responding to emails and phone calls from 7:30AM to 5:30PM, constantly updating our product ranges as per customers requests, and providing news, updates, and a ton of discounts through our varies platforms. Whether it be Twitter, Instagram, our emails, or blogs, we always strive to keep the customer up to date on all things electrical. Not to mention our services provide our customers with email discounts through Loyalty Points and Email Discount Codes.

Shipping options
We offer a number of shipping options and a faster turnaround if an item is urgent - we know how frustrating it can be when a job stops because you don’t have a certain part, tool or other item to hand. You can benefit from next-day delivery (if ordered before 12pm) and we can send your order to the respective site, should this be required. Next day delivery is free when you place an order with a value of £75.00 or more, otherwise it is £9.95, other delivery options include standard 2-3 day delivery for £7.49, before 12 noon service for £14.95, before 10:30AM service for £19.95, and Saturday delivery for £29.95 . Unfortunately, if you are based in the Scottish Highlands, delivery will come with an extra charge.
