Three-hour emergency operation

The EscapeLUX JCEM110028WH provides 250 lumens of emergency light with a 6000K daylight colour temperature. Its battery supports a rated three-hour emergency duration, helping maintain illumination when the normal mains supply fails.

Positioning and the number of fittings should be determined by the project’s emergency lighting design. This allows the fitting to be selected for its intended role within the building, rather than judged on brightness alone.

Selectable self-test or manual testing

The fitting offers a choice of self-test and manual-test operation. Self-test provides automatic checks of emergency functions, while manual mode allows testing through the appropriate testing arrangement.

For the person maintaining the premises, the status indicator provides a useful point to check during inspections. Follow JCC’s instructions for testing, charging and responding to faults.

Maintained or non-maintained operation

The installation instructions confirm that maintained and non-maintained modes are selectable. In maintained mode, the light can operate during normal conditions and emergency operation. In non-maintained mode, it provides emergency illumination when the normal supply fails.

The fitting is supplied in non-maintained mode by default. Your installer should select the mode required by the lighting design.

Made for three-circuit track

This model is intended for three-circuit track mounting. Confirm compatibility with the proposed rail and ensure the electrical arrangement provides the continuous supply needed for battery charging.
