SEO Product Description
The JCC JCEM110018BLK EscapeLUX Emergency Exit Box combines dependable emergency escape-route lighting with a modern black finish. Designed for commercial and public buildings, this self-test emergency exit sign is suitable for offices, hotels, restaurants, shops, schools, apartment buildings, warehouses and other indoor premises.
Supplied with a directional arrow plus left- and right-facing running-man legends, the fitting gives installers the flexibility to configure the appropriate exit direction. Its 34-metre viewing distance makes the emergency sign clearly identifiable across corridors, larger rooms and open commercial spaces.
The JCC EscapeLUX JCEM110018BLK can operate in either maintained or non-maintained mode. In maintained mode, the exit sign remains illuminated continuously. In non-maintained mode, it activates when the normal mains lighting supply fails. Built-in self-test functionality supports routine emergency-lighting checks and helps reduce the time required for manual testing.
This black emergency exit box can be installed on a wall or ceiling using surface or BESA mounting. Its dark finish is particularly suitable for contemporary interiors, black ceilings, exposed services and commercial spaces where a standard white emergency fitting may appear too prominent.
The fitting provides 6000K emergency illumination, a 20-lumen output and a wide 130-degree beam angle. Its lithium LiFePO4 battery provides reliable emergency backup and is covered by JCC’s five-year battery warranty.
Measuring 391 × 190 × 60mm, the Class II exit box carries an IP20 rating for dry indoor environments. DALI versions are also available within the EscapeLUX range for installations requiring central emergency-lighting monitoring.
