FAQ's

What is the JCC JCEM005ST emergency pack?

The JCC JCEM005ST is a plug-and-play self-test emergency module for compatible RadiaLED Rapid Pro and Rapid Pro Slim LED bulkheads. It provides backup illumination when the normal mains supply fails.

Is the JCEM005ST a complete emergency light?

No. The JCEM005ST is an emergency conversion pack and battery, not a complete LED bulkhead. A compatible JCC RadiaLED Rapid Pro or Pro Slim bulkhead is required separately.

Which JCC bulkheads are compatible with the JCEM005ST?

The emergency pack is designed for compatible fittings within the JCC RadiaLED Rapid Pro and RadiaLED Rapid Pro Slim ranges. Always confirm compatibility against the precise bulkhead model before ordering.

How long does the JCEM005ST operate during a power failure?

The JCC JCEM005ST provides a minimum emergency duration of three hours when its battery is fully charged and the module is correctly installed in a compatible fitting
