Description
The JCC Parluma JC73004 is a compact recessed LED downlight with a distinctive black bezel and white reflector. It suits customers who want a dark ceiling detail without a completely black light opening. For electricians, its selectable 4W or 6W power and 3000K, 4000K or 5700K colour settings provide flexibility when planning lighting for kitchens, bathrooms, corridors, offices and commercial interiors.
At 4W, JCC lists an actual output of 450 lumens; at 6W, it lists 640 lumens. The 40° beam angle gives a more directed spread of light than a wide beam downlight, making it useful for a planned row of fittings, circulation areas or highlighting parts of a room. The light colour can be set to warm white 3000K, neutral white 4000K or a cooler 5700K appearance. JCC’s installation sheet says to isolate the power before changing the colour setting on the rear of the fitting.
JC73004 is designed for 68–76mm ceiling cut-outs. Its bezel measures 84mm in diameter, the body is 55mm deep, and JCC specifies a minimum 80mm ceiling void. Spring clips secure the fitting in the ceiling. These dimensions make it important to check both the existing hole and the space above it when replacing a downlight. The installation instructions also require clearance around the fitting and state that it must not be covered with insulation.
