The fitting is protected by an IP66-rated enclosure, making it dust-tight and resistant to powerful water jets. Its robust IK10 impact rating provides additional protection against accidental knocks in busy working environments.

The JCC ToughLED Pro JC180065 has been designed to reduce installation time and make cable management easier. Its lock-in-place 90° side clips stay clear while the body is being mounted, giving electricians easier access to the internal connections.

A detachable four-pin terminal block can be positioned beside the available cable entries, while built-in loop-in and loop-out cable restraints help prevent wires from being trapped when the fitting is closed.

The ultra-wide mounting rail provides more flexibility when locating ceiling joists and existing fixing points. Rear, side and end conduit entries support different wiring routes, and the wide body is suitable for retrofitting over BESA conduit boxes.

The batten can be installed directly onto a wall or ceiling, suspended from chains or mounted using conduit. Optional plug-and-play emergency and microwave sensor modules allow the standard fitting to be upgraded when required.
