The JCC JC180033 ToughLED™ Pro is a high-performance 5ft LED weatherproof batten engineered for demanding commercial and industrial lighting installations. Delivering 4,200 lumens from only 29W, it achieves an excellent efficacy of 145 lumens per watt, helping reduce energy consumption while providing dependable, uniform illumination.

Its 4000K neutral-white output and wide 120° beam make the JC180033 suitable for warehouses, workshops, factories, garages, plant rooms, service areas, covered car parks and other environments requiring efficient general lighting.

Built for demanding environments

With IP66 protection, the ToughLED Pro is dust-tight and protected against powerful water jets. Its IK10 impact rating provides a high level of resistance against mechanical damage, making it suitable for busy industrial and commercial locations where standard LED battens may be vulnerable to dust, moisture or accidental impact.

Producing 4,200 lumens at 145lm/W, this 29W LED batten provides strong light output without the higher energy demand associated with older fluorescent fittings. The 4000K colour temperature offers a clear, practical working light suited to production areas, storage spaces, corridors and general commercial environments.

Flexible upgrade options

Compatible plug-and-play emergency and microwave-sensor modules are available separately. This allows electricians and specifiers to add emergency lighting or occupancy-controlled operation where required without selecting a completely different luminaire platform.

The JC180033 itself is non-dimmable. Microwave step-dimming, DALI and 1–10V dimmable versions are available elsewhere within the ToughLED Pro range.
