The JCC JC180009 ToughLED Pro 4ft Single LED Batten is a robust, energy-efficient weatherproof light designed for demanding commercial and industrial environments. Delivering 2,400 lumens from only 18W, it combines powerful illumination with excellent efficiency of 133 lumens per watt, helping reduce electricity consumption and ongoing lighting costs.
Producing a clear 4000K neutral white light, the JC180009 is ideal for warehouses, workshops, garages, car parks, plant rooms, service areas, utility spaces and industrial buildings. Its wide 120° beam angle provides broad, even illumination across working areas.
An IP66 rating protects the fitting against dust and powerful water jets, while the tough IK10 impact rating makes it suitable for areas where lighting may be exposed to accidental knocks. The strong grey body can be surface mounted, suspended from chains or installed using conduit mounting.
Designed to simplify installation, the ToughLED Pro includes 90° lock-in-place side clips, a detachable four-pin terminal block and built-in loop-in/loop-out cable restraints. Its wide body is suitable for retrofitting over BESA boxes, with rear, side and end conduit entry points offering additional wiring flexibility.
The standard JC180009 fitting is non-dimmable, but the ToughLED Pro range supports optional plug-and-play emergency and microwave sensor modules. Backed by a five-year manufacturer’s warranty, this professional LED batten provides reliable lighting for challenging everyday environments.
