Description
The JCC JC121364 Surface-Mounted Aluminium LED Strip Profile is a 1.5-metre channel designed to give compatible 10mm LED tape a clean, professional finish. Its longer length makes it especially useful for kitchen units, shelves, wardrobes, reception counters and retail displays where fewer visible profile joins are preferred.
Professional surface-mounted linear lighting
The JC121364 allows LED strip to be installed neatly without cutting a recessed channel into the mounting surface. It can be secured onto suitable furniture, cabinetry, walls or ceilings, making it a practical option for new installations and lighting upgrades.
Instead of leaving the LED tape and adhesive backing exposed, the silver aluminium channel creates a more durable and finished appearance. It also provides additional protection against light accidental contact during everyday use.
The included opal polycarbonate diffuser softens direct light from the LED tape and helps reduce the appearance of individual LED points. The final result depends on the spacing and type of LEDs used. High-density or COB LED tape will generally produce a smoother and more continuous line of light.
