How long will it operate on its battery?
JCC’s manufacturer datasheet states a minimum three-hour emergency battery runtime, subject to correct installation, charging, commissioning and maintenance.

How long does the battery take to recharge?
JCC states 24 hours. The installer should follow the current instructions for initial charging and testing.

Is JC100221 37W, 51W, 63W and 75W?
Those values appear in JCC’s range heading for the selectable settings. The JC100221 emergency fitting’s specified circuit wattages are 41W, 55W, 67W and 79W. Use the circuit figures for electrical planning.

How bright is each setting?
The four normal outputs are 5,800lm at 41W, 7,600lm at 55W, 9,100lm at 67W and 10,000lm at 79W. The actual illumination in a room depends on mounting height, spacing and surfaces.

Can I change the light colour?
Yes. Choose 3000K warm white, 4000K neutral white or 5700K daylight white. The wattage choice and white-light colour choice serve different purposes.

Is this fitting dimmable from a wall switch?
No. JCC lists “Dimmable: No” for JC100221. Selectable wattage is an installation choice, not an ordinary dimming function.

What is the difference between JC100221 and JC100220?
JC100221 has emergency battery provision and circuit ratings of 41/55/67/79W. JC100220 is the corresponding standard, non-emergency 6ft CCT model with 37/51/63/75W circuit ratings. Both list the same four normal lumen outputs.

Does JC100221 have a microwave movement sensor?
