Description
Dimmable everyday lighting with built-in emergency backup
The JCC Skypack Pro JC100207 is a 4ft LED batten for indoor projects that require 1–10V dimming and emergency lighting in the same fitting. In normal operation, it delivers a stated 5,680 lumens through a wide 120° beam. Its selectable white-light settings let the installer choose 3000K warm white, 4000K neutral white or 5700K daylight white to suit the room.
This combination is useful in corridors, communal spaces, offices, stockrooms and other indoor areas where the lighting design calls for adjustable everyday brightness and a battery-backed emergency function. The slim white body gives a neat finish whether the batten is fixed directly to a ceiling or suspended with the appropriate accessory.
Specify the correct dimming control
JC100207 uses 1–10V dimming. A compatible control system can adjust its normal light output as part of the planned installation. The electrician should select the controller and wire the fitting in line with the product instructions; a conventional domestic LED wall dimmer should not be assumed compatible.
The model code is worth checking carefully. JC100206 is the corresponding 1–10V model without the listed emergency battery, while JC100207 adds emergency provision. JC100205 is the microwave dimming emergency version, and JC100209 is the DALI2/switch-dim emergency version. Choose the code that matches the building’s control system.
Emergency performance and electrical rating
JCC specifies a LiFePO4 emergency battery, a minimum three-hour battery runtime and a 24-hour recharge time in its JC100207 datasheet. The listed emergency-mode light output ratio is 5%. That percentage describes the luminaire’s emergency output relative to its reference output; it does not establish the light level at floor level in a particular building. Emergency coverage, positioning, testing and compliance need to be assessed for the installation.
