The JCC Skypack Pro JC100204 is a 4ft LED batten designed for indoor spaces where bright, even lighting and movement-responsive control are useful. Its built-in microwave dimming function makes it a practical choice for corridors, stockrooms, utility areas, workshops and other spaces with changing occupancy. When planning a lighting scheme, the step dimming function gives you an alternative to a batten that simply switches fully on and off with movement.

This version delivers a stated 5,680 lumens at 38W, with a broad 120° beam for general illumination. Choose the light colour to suit the space: 3000K warm white for a softer appearance, 4000K neutral white for everyday working areas, or 5700K daylight white where a crisper look is preferred. The colour temperature choice helps when matching a new fitting to an existing room or specifying several battens across different areas of a property. 

Microwave step dimming for changing occupancy

JC100204 is the microwave dimming model in the Skypack Pro CCT range. It is intended for installations where lighting can respond to detected movement and operate at a reduced output according to its sensor settings. The compatible LEV71932 microwave step dim remote is listed by JCC as an accessory. If you need particular hold times, detection behaviour or standby settings, have the installer confirm and configure them for the room; the remote should be ordered separately if required for commissioning. 

That distinction matters when comparing versions. JC100204 is rated “MW Dim only” by JCC. It should not be listed as a conventional wall-dimmer, DALI or 1–10V dimmable fitting. Buyers seeking a straightforward microwave on/off batten should compare the JC100202; buyers needing an emergency version should select the appropriate emergency model rather than assume a battery is included with JC100204. 

Made for a neat installation

The white, slimline body measures 1,220 × 73.4 × 70mm. It can be fixed directly to a suitable surface or suspended using the separately available JC100160 suspension kit. JCC specifies IP40 when surface mounted and IP20 when suspended, so the proposed mounting method affects the stated ingress protection. It is an indoor batten; do not choose it for an exposed outdoor position or a location requiring IP65 protection.
