The JCC JC100102 Skypack Pro is a slim 4ft LED batten with automatic microwave on/off control, created for energy-conscious commercial and industrial lighting projects. Delivering 2950 lumens from only 20W, it combines strong illumination, excellent efficiency and electrician-friendly installation features.

With an impressive efficacy of 148 lumens per watt, JC100102 provides an efficient replacement for traditional fluorescent battens. Its fixed 4000K neutral white output creates a clear, professional environment suitable for offices, schools, corridors, stockrooms, stairwells, workshops and communal areas.

The integrated 5.8GHz microwave sensor automatically switches the batten on when movement is detected. When the selected hold time expires without further movement, the fitting switches off, helping prevent lights from being left operating unnecessarily.

Electricians can configure the sensor using the internal DIP switches. Adjustable settings include:

• 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% detection area
• Hold times of 5 seconds, 90 seconds, 5 minutes or 15 minutes
• Disabled, 5-lux, 15-lux or 50-lux daylight thresholds

When installed at approximately three metres, JCC states a detection range of around 4 to 7 metres. The recommended sensor installation height is between approximately 2.5 and 6 metres, allowing the fitting to be adapted to a range of ceiling heights.

The wide 120-degree beam distributes light evenly across the surrounding area. CRI 80 supports clear everyday visibility, while the rated LED life of approximately 60,000 hours helps reduce maintenance and lamp-replacement requirements.

JC100102 has been designed to simplify installation. Intelligent press-release buttons and a suspended internal LED tray give electricians easier access while wiring. Press-fit loop-in, loop-out terminals support efficient circuit continuation, while rear and end conduit entries provide flexible cable-routing options.

Flexible cross-mount fixing positions, keyhole BESA mounting points, pre-moulded two-way cable restraints and funnel-style clip-in end caps further simplify positioning, wiring and final assembly.

The batten can be surface mounted or suspended using the separately available JCC JC100160 suspension kit. It is IP40 when surface mounted and IP20 when suspended, making it suitable for appropriate dry indoor applications.
