Description
The JCC JC091002 Niteflood PIR LED floodlight brings practical, motion-activated light to entrances, side passages, paths, sheds and small outdoor working areas. Its 10W LED produces 1,000 lumens of 4000K neutral white light, while the built-in PIR sensor switches the fitting on when it detects movement within its configured area. The compact black finish suits both homes and commercial premises where a discreet wall-mounted security light is wanted.
A good PIR floodlight needs to suit the position where it is installed. JC091002 provides 180° detection, with a stated maximum detection distance of 10m at a 2.5m mounting height. The recommended mounting range is 1.8m to 2.5m. Its sensor controls let the installer adjust the detection distance, choose how long the light remains on after activation—from 10 seconds to 7 minutes—and set the ambient-light threshold from 10 to 2,000 lux. That means the light can be tailored to a side gate, doorway or short driveway rather than relying on one fixed sensor setting. Actual detection can vary with mounting height, position and surroundings.
