The JCC Starspot JC088129 is a black 13W LED spotlight for JCC’s mains three-circuit track system. Its 3000K warm-white light provides a warmer appearance than the 4000K version, making it a useful choice where warm lighting forms part of the interior or display design.
With 1,700 lumens of delivered output, it provides directional light for retail displays, showroom features and selected areas within an indoor lighting scheme. The aluminium body has a black finish that coordinates with black track and other fittings.
Aim the light where it is needed
A 35° beam angle gives a focused spread for accent and display lighting. It helps direct attention towards merchandise, shelving or a feature area, with the final coverage determined by the mounting height and distance from the illuminated surface.
The head offers 350° rotation and 90° tilt, allowing the installer to adjust the direction of the beam. This flexibility is useful when setting up a display or adapting the lighting to a revised arrangement.
JCC also identifies the fitting as producing no UV and suitable for retail applications.
Fixed 3000K colour and non-dimmable output
This exact model has a fixed 3000K colour temperature. The availability of warm-white and cool-white products elsewhere in the range does not mean this fitting changes between them.
It is also non-dimmable. This is an important distinction when comparing Starspot models: the smaller 7.5W three-circuit versions have TRIAC dimming, while this 13W model is designed for fixed-output operation.
JCC publishes an efficacy of 131 lumens per circuit watt, with CRI 80 colour rendering.
Check the track system before ordering
The supplied track adaptor includes circuit selection for use within a correctly wired JCC three-circuit system. Track polarity and adaptor alignment must be checked during installation.
This is a track-mounted fitting, rather than a spotlight for direct fixing to a ceiling or wall. Rails, power feeds, mounting components and other track accessories are selected separately.
The fitting is IP20 for indoor use, measures Ø70 × 122.2 × 136.9 mm and is Class I. JCC’s instructions specify a two-year standard warranty, extendable to five years with registration within the first year of purchase, subject to its terms.
