JCC Starspot JC088127 Black 13W LED Track Spotlight – 4000K, 3-Circuit

The JCC Starspot JC088127 is a black 13W LED track spotlight for JCC’s mains three-circuit track system. Delivering 1,800 lumens of fixed 4000K cool-white light, it provides directional illumination for retail displays, showroom features and other indoor areas where you want to draw attention to a particular surface or object.

Its compact aluminium body coordinates with black track installations, while the adjustable head lets the installer direct the light towards the intended display.

A focused 35° beam with adjustable direction

The 35° beam produces a more concentrated spread than a broad general-lighting fitting. This is useful when planning accent lighting, highlighting merchandise or adding emphasis to selected areas of an interior.

With 350° rotation and 90° tilt, the head offers flexibility when aiming the beam. The angle can be adjusted to suit the position of the display, although the final light level and coverage depend on mounting height, distance and the surrounding surfaces.

JCC also identifies the fitting as producing no UV and suitable for retail applications.

Fixed 4000K light and non-dimmable operation

This exact model has a fixed 4000K colour temperature. The range includes other colour-temperature options, but JC088127 does not switch between warm white and cool white.

It is also non-dimmable. This matters when comparing Starspot versions, because the smaller 7.5W models have different dimming capability. Choose this 13W fitting where its fixed output matches the lighting design.

JCC publishes an efficacy of 138 lumens per circuit watt, with CRI 80 colour rendering.

Designed for JCC three-circuit track

The fitting’s track adaptor includes a circuit selector, allowing the appropriate circuit to be selected within a correctly wired system. The adaptor must be installed with its polarity aligned to the track.

This is a track-mounted luminaire, rather than a spotlight for direct fixing to a ceiling or wall. Track rails, power feeds, mounting components and other system accessories are selected separately.

The fitting is rated IP20 for indoor use and is Class I, requiring an earth connection through the compatible track system. Its published dimensions are Ø70 × 122.2 × 136.9 mm.

JCC’s installation instructions specify a two-year standard warranty, extendable to five years when registered within the first year of purchase, subject to its terms.
