Description
The JCC JC080254 Skytile Direct/Indirect LED Panel is a versatile 1200 × 300mm commercial ceiling light designed to provide comfortable, evenly distributed illumination across offices, classrooms, corridors and other professional interiors. Its selectable wattage, three colour-temperature settings and UGR<19 low-glare performance give customers and electrical contractors greater flexibility from a single fitting.
Comfortable lighting for offices and commercial interiors
Unlike a conventional flat LED panel, the Skytile Direct/Indirect design provides useful downward illumination while also helping brighten the surrounding ceiling. This creates a more balanced visual environment and reduces the harsh contrast that can occur between a bright panel and a darker ceiling.
The specially engineered nano diffuser helps reduce visual discomfort, while the UGR<19 optical design makes the panel particularly suitable for offices, classrooms, meeting rooms and areas containing computers or workstations.
Three selectable colour temperatures allow the lighting appearance to be adjusted for the room:
- 3000K warm white for reception areas, hospitality spaces and relaxed workplaces
- 4000K cool white for offices, classrooms, corridors and general commercial lighting
- 5700K daylight white for bright, task-focused working environments
Flexible specification for electricians
The JCC JC080254 offers selectable 23W or 34W operation, producing approximately 2840 or 4010 lumens. Electricians can select the required output during installation, helping one product meet different lighting-level and energy-consumption requirements.
The colour temperature is also selected at the fitting, reducing the need to order and stock separate warm white, cool white and daylight panel variants. Power must be isolated before changing either the wattage or colour-temperature setting.
Designed for recessed installation in compatible 15mm or 25mm T-grid suspended ceilings, the panel measures approximately 1195 × 295 × 65mm and requires a minimum ceiling void of 100mm. JCC also recommends maintaining at least 75mm clearance around the fitting, and the panel must not be covered with thermal insulation.
The standard JC080254 is non-dimmable. DALI and 1–10V dimmable versions are available separately within the Skytile range, so the correct product code must be specified when dimming is required.
Optional JCC JCEM002 standard emergency and JCEM002ST self-test emergency packs can be added where emergency lighting is required. For installations without a suspended ceiling, the compatible JCC JC080264 surface mounting box is available separately.
