Everyday lighting with three-hour emergency backup

The JCC JC070259 RadiaLED Rapid Pro Slim combines everyday LED lighting with battery-backed emergency operation in a compact round fitting. Its black rim gives a neat finish on walls and ceilings, making it a practical choice for corridors, communal entrances, stairwells and other circulation spaces.

With selectable power and colour temperature, you can adapt the normal lighting to suit the installation. The built-in emergency function provides reduced-output illumination if the normal mains supply fails.

Choose the output your space needs

Select 8W for a listed normal light output of 800 lumens, or 12W for 1,300 lumens. This gives installers two lighting levels within the same fitting, helping match the output to the area being lit.

A wide 120° beam spreads the light across the surrounding space. The number and positioning of fittings should be planned around the dimensions, mounting height and required light levels.

Three light colours in one bulkhead

The selectable colour temperatures let you coordinate the fitting with the rest of your lighting:

• 3000K warm white: a warmer appearance for welcoming interiors.

• 4000K cool white: a neutral-looking choice for shared spaces and circulation areas.

• 5700K daylight: a cooler, daylight-style appearance.

The wattage and colour settings are selected using switches inside the fitting during installation. They are not remote-control or wall-dimmer functions.

Emergency illumination when the mains fails

JC070259 is the emergency version of the RadiaLED Rapid Pro Slim. Its LiFePO4 battery provides a specified minimum emergency duration of three hours following the required charge.

The 800-lumen and 1,300-lumen figures refer to normal operation. Emergency mode runs at reduced output, so the emergency lighting layout should be assessed separately from the everyday lighting.

Slim, durable and suitable for wall or ceiling mounting

At 250mm in diameter and 69.3mm deep, this round LED bulkhead offers a compact surface-mounted profile. The black rim provides a defined edge around the diffuser without the bulk of a deeper fitting.

Its polycarbonate construction, IP65 protection and IK10 impact rating suit locations where durability matters. JCC permits indoor and exterior wall or ceiling installation, subject to its instructions and the specified operating conditions.

Practical access for installation

The hinged LED gear tray opens to provide access to the cable connections. Installers can select the wattage and colour temperature before closing the fitting.

The range also supports compatible plug-and-play microwave and photocell modules, allowing the required controls to be specified for the project.
