Description

The JCC JC050131 is a professional 60W LED streetlight configured for 76mm lighting-column spigots and automatic photocell-controlled operation. Delivering 8,700 lumens at 4000K, it provides powerful, energy-efficient exterior illumination for car parks, private roads, commercial estates, industrial sites, service yards and perimeter routes.

With an efficiency of 145 lumens per watt, the JC050131 produces substantial light output while consuming only 60W. Its purpose-designed optics and wide 140° beam help distribute illumination across exterior areas and support greater spacing between columns when specified through suitable photometric calculations.

Automatic photocell operation

This variant features on/off photocell control, allowing the streetlight to respond automatically to surrounding daylight levels. The fitting can switch on as natural light falls and switch off when sufficient daylight returns, helping reduce unnecessary daytime operation.

Photocell control is particularly useful for unattended car parks, private roads, commercial estates and security-lighting installations where reliable automatic operation is required.

Designed for 76mm lighting columns

The JC050131 is designed for 76mm spigots. Its adjustable mounting arrangement supports either column-top or side-entry installation, giving electrical contractors greater flexibility when positioning and orientating the luminaire.

JCC offers separate 60mm variants within the range. The column spigot diameter should be measured and confirmed before ordering.

Supplied with 6m pre-wired flex

A six-metre three-core flexible cable is supplied with this model, helping simplify cable routing through the lighting column. Pre-wiring also reduces the need to access the internal electrical compartment during installation.

Reliable exterior protection

JCC’s current feature list and technical information specify IP66 protection, making the housing dust-tight and resistant to powerful water jets when correctly installed. The grey enclosure is designed for permanent pole-mounted exterior applications, while Class I construction requires a suitable protective-earth connection.
