The JCC JC040220 Toughbay Pro is a high-performance IP65 LED high bay designed for warehouses, factories, workshops, distribution centres, production facilities and other industrial buildings with high ceilings. Its selectable 100W, 150W and 200W output allows electricians to configure one fitting for different mounting heights and illumination requirements.

Each power setting delivers a strong commercial lighting output:

• 100W produces 15,400 lumens
• 150W produces 21,900 lumens
• 200W produces 27,000 lumens

This wattage-selectable design gives contractors greater flexibility during installation and helps wholesalers, facilities teams and electrical contractors reduce the number of separate high bay models required for a project.

The fixed 4000K neutral-white colour temperature provides bright, clear working light without the excessively blue appearance associated with cooler industrial lighting. A 90° beam angle directs illumination across warehouse aisles, open production areas, workshops and storage spaces while supporting effective high-level installation.

The JC040220 is 1–10V dimmable as standard. When connected to a compatible control system, its brightness can be adjusted to match occupancy, working hours or available daylight, potentially reducing unnecessary energy consumption.

Compatible plug-and-play PIR and microwave sensor modules are available separately. These accessories allow the high bay to switch or dim automatically according to occupancy. A separate sensor remote control can be used to configure compatible PIR on/off, microwave on/off and microwave step-dimming functions.

With an IP65 rating, the Toughbay Pro is protected against dust and water jets, making it suitable for demanding commercial and industrial environments. Its black housing measures approximately 290mm in diameter and 165mm high and is supplied with a 1.5-metre mains input cable.

The fitting is designed for suspended installation. A dedicated surface-mounting bracket is available separately when direct fixing to a suitable structure is required. A compatible emergency option is also available for projects requiring emergency illumination.
