Wall-mounted boiling water for staff kitchens and tea points

The Heatrae Sadia Supreme 165SS 95200241 is a 5-litre, 2.5kW wall-mounted boiling water dispenser with a fingerprint-resistant stainless steel outer case. Permanently connected to a cold water supply, it provides a dedicated hot-drinks point for offices, staff kitchens and catering environments where its capacity matches demand.

Water is dispensed through a heavy-duty push/pull lever with a satin chrome finish. Separate power and ready indicators show when the unit is switched on and when water is ready to dispense.

30 cups immediately, with 165-cup hourly recovery

This exact model provides 30 cups of immediate draw-off and a 165-cup one-hour recovery rating, both based on the manufacturer’s 167ml cup size.

The two figures describe different capabilities. The 165SS does not store 165 cups ready to dispense at once. When selecting a boiler, consider how many drinks are needed together during a break, as well as the total demand throughout the day. Larger mugs reduce the number of servings available from the stored reserve.

Compared with the Supreme 150SS, this model doubles nominal storage from 2.5 to 5 litres and immediate draw-off from 15 to 30 cups. Both have the same nominal 2.5kW element rating.

Intelliboil Plus controls and scale management

Intelliboil Plus technology manages the boiling cycle and reduces the holding temperature during periods without use. Automatic commissioning and an integral electronic water conditioner are also included.

The conditioner helps reduce the rate of scale deposition, but regular inspection and descaling remain necessary where deposits develop. A detachable steam-condensing chamber provides access for servicing and condenses steam generated during heating.

Stainless steel casing with a thermoplastic inner container

The stainless steel finish refers to the outer casing. The inner water container is manufactured from engineering-grade thermoplastic, an important distinction when comparing specifications.

The current manufacturer specification also includes Biomaster antimicrobial technology to support surface hygiene. Routine cleaning is still required.

Plan the installation and accessories

The unit measures 501mm high × 337mm wide × 203mm deep and weighs 16kg when full. Allow space for dispensing, servicing, the cold supply and the separate vent pipe.
