Description

The Heatrae Sadia Supreme 150SS 95200240 is a 2.5-litre, 2.5kW wall-mounted boiling water dispenser with a fingerprint-resistant stainless steel outer case. Permanently connected to a cold water supply, it provides a dedicated hot-drinks point for staff kitchens, offices and catering environments where its capacity matches demand.

Water is dispensed through a heavy-duty push/pull lever with a satin chrome finish. Separate power and ready indicators make it clear when the unit is switched on and when water is ready to dispense.

15 cups immediately, with 150-cup hourly recovery

This exact model provides 15 cups of immediate draw-off, based on the manufacturer’s 167ml cup size. Its published one-hour recovery rating is 150 cups.

These figures describe different capabilities. The 150SS does not hold 150 cups ready for dispensing at once. When choosing a boiler for a staffroom or tea point, consider how many drinks are needed together, as well as the total demand throughout the day. Larger mugs will reduce the number of servings available from the stored reserve.

Intelliboil Plus manages the boiling cycle

Intelliboil Plus technology manages heating and reduces the holding temperature during periods without use. The unit also includes automatic commissioning and an integral electronic water conditioner designed to reduce the rate of scale deposition.

The conditioner does not make the boiler maintenance-free. Inspection and descaling remain important, particularly where the water supply produces significant limescale.

A detachable steam-condensing chamber condenses steam generated during heating and provides access for servicing.

Stainless steel outside, thermoplastic water container inside

The stainless steel finish refers to the outer casing. The inner water container is manufactured from engineering-grade thermoplastic—a useful distinction when comparing product listings.

The current manufacturer specification also includes Biomaster antimicrobial technology to support surface hygiene. Routine cleaning is still required.

Check installation space and accessories

The unit measures 423mm high × 337mm wide × 203mm deep and weighs 12kg when full. Installation must allow for the cold supply, vent pipe, electrical connection and servicing access.

A drip tray, water filter kit, digital programmer and model-specific counter stand are available as separate accessories. Select these around the installation rather than assuming they are included.

Heatrae Sadia provides a two-year standard warranty with on-site support, subject to its terms.

FAQ's

Does “150SS” mean it holds 150 cups ready to dispense?

No. It has a 2.5-litre nominal capacity and 15-cup immediate draw-off. The 150-cup figure describes its one-hour recovery rating.

What cup size are the output figures based on?

167ml cups. Larger mugs reduce the number of servings available from the stored reserve.

Does the hourly rating guarantee 150 cups in one continuous draw?

No. Immediate draw-off and hourly recovery measure different capabilities. Select around peak demand as well as total hourly use.

Is the internal tank stainless steel?

No. The outer casing is stainless steel; the inner water container is engineering-grade thermoplastic.

How does Intelliboil Plus respond to periods without use?

The datasheet states that it reduces water temperature by 10°C after an hour without use.

How long does initial commissioning take?

The manual gives a nominal 16 minutes to temperature-ready for the 150SS. Actual conditions affect this time.

Is the unit vented or unvented?

It is vented. The separate vent pipe must remain unobstructed and discharge safely.

Does the 10-bar supply rating mean the tank operates at 10 bar?

No. That is the maximum incoming supply pressure. The manual lists the vessel’s rated pressure as zero bar.
