Heatrae 95010281 Sadia 7 Litre Oversink Streamline Vented Point of Use Water Heater 1kW

The Heatrae Sadia Streamline 95010281 is a 7-litre, 1kW vented oversink water heater for applications where small amounts of hot water are needed. It mounts above a sink or basin and supplies stored hot water through its included thermoplastic spout.

It is a practical option for a single washroom or small office kitchen where demand suits the storage capacity. The oversink arrangement keeps the heater and its controls accessible above the sink, with separate controls for water flow and the thermostat setting.

The 7-litre, 1kW oversink version

This exact model is the Streamline 7/1 oversink. Its 7-litre tank stores heated water ready for use, while the nominal 1kW element reheats the supply as required.

Choose the capacity and element rating around the intended use. This is a storage heater, so it needs time to replenish the available hot water after use. A smaller tank may suit modest demand, but capacity alone does not establish whether it will meet the requirements of a particular sink or basin.

Adjustable thermostat and handwashing lock option

The external thermostat adjusts from 5°C to 70°C, allowing the installer to select a setting for the application. A 40°C thermostat lock position is also provided for handwashing applications.

This locks the heater’s thermostat setting. It should not be confused with a separate thermostatic mixing valve or an automatic anti-scald guarantee.

An alloy-sheathed heating element and dry-start cut-out are included. The heater must still be filled with water before the electrical supply is switched on.
