Heatrae 7693983 Sadia 80 Litre 3kW Multipoint Eco 80 Vertical Unvented Water Heater

The Heatrae Sadia Multipoint Eco 7693981 is a 50-litre, 3kW vertical unvented electric water heater designed for light commercial hot water requirements. It stores heated water for connected outlets in premises such as washrooms, staff canteens and commercial kitchens.

This is the 50V vertical model, with water connections underneath the heater. Its upright format is useful where the available installation space offers more height than width. Selecting the correct orientation helps your installer plan the pipework, controls and maintenance access before installation.

Heating that learns your hot water routine

Smart thermostatic control monitors consumption and, after a minimum one-week learning period, adjusts heating according to recorded hot water use. This helps match heating to the way the premises operate.

The digital interface also provides manual operation, programmed heating, Vacation mode and Boost. Programme mode allows up to three heating periods within a 24-hour day, giving businesses a way to arrange heating around regular opening hours or suitable lower-cost electricity periods.

Boost temporarily overrides programmed heating when required, then returns the heater to its previous operating mode.

Stainless steel tank and expansion vessel included

The inner container is manufactured from Duplex 2101 stainless steel, and the heater carries an ErP energy efficiency rating of B.

An 8-litre expansion vessel, cold water control pack, tundish and wall mounting brackets are supplied. A temperature and pressure relief valve is factory fitted. These components form part of the manufacturer’s specified unvented installation.

The bottom-mounted 22mm compression water connections provide defined connection points for the installer. Space must also be allowed for the expansion vessel, valves, discharge pipework and servicing.
