The Heatrae Sadia Multipoint Eco 7693979 is a 30-litre, 3kW vertical unvented water heater designed for light commercial hot water requirements. It stores heated water for use at connected outlets, making it a practical choice for washrooms, canteens and commercial kitchens where demand suits its capacity.

This is the 30V vertical model, with water connections underneath the unit. Its upright design suits installations where there is more wall height than width, helping buyers choose the correct version for the available space.

Heating that adapts to your routine

Smart thermostatic control monitors hot water consumption and, after a minimum one-week learning period, adjusts heating to reflect recorded usage. This helps match hot water production to the way the premises are used.

The digital interface also provides manual control, programmed heating periods, Vacation mode and Boost. Programme mode allows up to three heating periods within a 24-hour day, useful for premises with regular opening hours or a suitable electricity tariff. Boost temporarily overrides the programme when extra heating is required.

Stainless steel tank and included installation components

The inner container is manufactured from Duplex 2101 stainless steel, and the heater carries an ErP energy efficiency rating of A.

An 8-litre expansion vessel is supplied, together with the cold water control components, tundish and wall mounting brackets. A temperature and pressure relief valve is factory fitted. These components manage expansion and provide the controls needed for the specified unvented installation.

The water connections are 22mm compression fittings, positioned at the bottom of the heater. Installation must allow room for the associated valves, expansion vessel and discharge pipework, as well as access for servicing.
