The Greenwood Zehnder Unity CV2.1HT is a smart, continuously running decentralised Mechanical Extract Ventilation (dMEV) fan designed for modern homes and new-build projects. With ultra-low energy consumption (as little as 0.54W) and whisper-quiet operation (as low as 7.9dB(A)), it delivers efficient, unobtrusive ventilation for bathrooms, kitchens, WCs, and utility rooms.

This intelligent fan features automatic humidity sensing, logical overrun timing, and a front-facing variable airflow control for easy commissioning. Its compact 68mm spigot allows installation in shallow ceiling voids, while the IPX5/IPX4 rating ensures safe wall or ceiling mounting.

The CV2.1HT is compatible with ComfoTube 110mm ducting, and its quick-release kit enables fast maintenance without disturbing electrical connections. Designed to meet UK Building Regulations, it supports low-carbon living and is backed by a 3-year warranty.
