Description

The Eterna SESMDLEM3 Self-Test Surface Mounted Emergency Downlight is a compact professional emergency light designed for locations where a recessed emergency downlight cannot easily be installed, making it particularly useful for solid ceilings, open areas, offices, corridors and commercial buildings.

The upgraded SESMDLEM3 uses a 3W LED producing 175 lumens of bright 6000K emergency illumination for a minimum of 3 hours following a mains failure. Its automatic self-test functionality helps simplify routine emergency-lighting checks, while a green LED provides a clear standby status indication during normal operation.

Supplied with an open-area lens as standard, the fitting can also be converted for corridor and escape-route applications using the separately available SESMDCL corridor lens.

The latest version features an upgraded 3.2V 3000mAh LiFePO4 battery with a 5-year battery warranty, alongside a 5-year fitting warranty, making it a strong choice for electricians, facilities teams and commercial property managers requiring dependable self-test emergency lighting.
