The Crabtree Starbreaker 516/2883B 16-Way Split Load Consumer Unit is a robust domestic circuit-protection enclosure designed for single-phase, 230V electrical installations. Its split-load configuration provides 16 final-circuit modular ways divided into two groups, giving installers eight ways supplied through the 100A main switch and eight ways protected by the included 80A 30mA Type A RCCB.
A full steel enclosure provides durable mechanical protection, while the RAL 9010 white finish creates a clean appearance for residential and compatible light-commercial installations. The unit is designed for surface mounting and measures 438mm wide, 261mm high and 121mm deep. It provides 20 total modular spacings and has a lockable enclosure design.
