Description

The CP Electronics Green-i GESM-W is a white, surface-mounted ceiling PIR sensor that switches compatible lighting in response to movement and ambient light levels. Its surface installation makes it useful where a recessed detector is impractical or where access to the controls is a priority.

Suitable for appropriately designed indoor lighting installations, it helps avoid leaving lights running unnecessarily after an area becomes unoccupied.

Specification

The CP Electronics Green-i GESM-W is a white, surface-mounted ceiling PIR sensor for standalone on/off lighting control. It combines 360° movement detection with adjustable time-delay and daylight-threshold settings, accessible through the front bezel or an optional GE-HS infrared handset. At a 2.5m mounting height and medium sensitivity, the manufacturer publishes a 14m diameter for movement across the detection field and 5.5m for movement towards the sensor. It operates from 100–240V AC, requires a neutral and has IP40 protection. A push-button input supports the documented manual-control arrangements. This is the surface-mounted switching version, rather than a recessed or DALI dimming model.
