The Collingwood STEPBEAM30 is a compact, recessed LED wall light designed to bring a gentle layer of light to interior steps, hallways and circulation spaces. Fitted low on a wall, it can help define the edge of a route while adding a considered lighting detail to the room. It is equally suited to a residential staircase, an internal hallway or a feature wall where a full-size wall light would feel too prominent.

The integrated 2.7W LED produces 3000K warm white light. This is a fixed colour temperature, chosen for a comfortable indoor appearance. Collingwood rates the Stepbeam at CRI >90, a strong colour-rendering figure for showing the tones of paint, flooring and interior finishes. Its light output and beam shape depend on the separately selected bezel: for example, Collingwood lists 65 lumens with a circle-opening bezel and 28 lumens with a slot or half-circle opening. Those figures should not be presented as one fixed output for the bare STEPBEAM30 unit.

What is the Collingwood STEPBEAM30?

It is a 2.7W, 3000K recessed indoor LED step light unit for low-level wall lighting on stairs and in hallways and other suitable interior spaces. It has an IP54 rating, CRI >90, a 45mm cut-out and compatibility with suitable leading-edge or trailing-edge mains dimmers. A magnetic Stepbeam bezel must be purchased separately. The selected circle, slot or half-circle bezel determines the visible finish, light-window shape, beam and published light output. For example, listed circle bezels provide 65lm, while listed slot and half-circle bezels provide 28lm.
