Is a driver included with P2B16S30WA?

Yes. The manufacturer’s model-specific catalogue table identifies it as the on/off version with a driver included.

Is this exact model dimmable?

It is listed as non-dimmable in the manufacturer’s model-specific datasheet and catalogue tables. The website also displays broader dimming options, so the supplied configuration should be confirmed if dimming is essential.

What is the difference between P2B16S30WA and P2B16X30WA?

P2B16S30WA includes a non-dimmable driver. P2B16X30WA requires a separate driver selected for the intended control method, such as DALI, 0–10V, Push-Dim or TRIAC mains dimming.

How bright is the panel?

The rated output is 3450 lumens at 30W, giving a stated efficacy of 115 lm/W.

Does the product code mean it produces 3000K light?

No. This exact model is specified at fixed 4000K cool white. The 30W figure describes its power consumption.

Is it suitable for offices and classrooms?

Yes. Collingwood specifically identifies office, classroom and meeting-room applications, including reading, writing and computer-based tasks.

Does UGR16 guarantee the completed room’s glare rating?

No. The panel’s low-glare classification does not establish the result for every room. Fitting positions, viewing directions, mounting height and room surfaces affect the installation’s glare performance.

Can I use the website’s 500-lux spacing examples for this panel?

The quoted examples identify P2A-series models rather than P2B16S30WA. Use this model’s own photometric data and the actual room dimensions when calculating spacing and illumination.

What are its dimensions?

Collingwood’s catalogue lists 1200 × 300 × 32mm. Check the ceiling system, installation clearances and space for the separate driver before ordering.

Can it be fitted without a suspended ceiling grid?

Yes. Collingwood lists the separately purchased P2SMB surface-mounting kit for situations where recessed installation is not suitable.

Can it be suspended?

Yes, using the separately purchased P1SK suspension kit listed for compatible 1200 × 300 panels.

Is a safety cable included?

Yes. The manufacturer specifies a supplied 1m steel safety cable.
