The Collingwood DL507MWM H5 500 is a 5W integrated LED downlight for a neat, understated ceiling finish. Its matt white bezel sits comfortably against a white or light-coloured ceiling, while the recessed reflector helps give the fitting its low-glare appearance. The light can be tilted by up to 20°, so an installer can direct its 50° beam towards a worktop, seating area, wall or feature rather than leaving every downlight pointing straight down. Collingwood publishes a UGR 18 figure for the range. 

You can select the light colour to suit the room. A switch on top of the fitting offers 2700K, 3000K and 4000K before or during installation. Choose the softer appearance of 2700K for a relaxed living area, the versatile warm white of 3000K for general use, or the crisper appearance of 4000K where that better suits the space. The fitting remains 5W at each colour setting. Collingwood’s current figures for this matt white DL507MWM are 610 lumens at 2700K, 630 lumens at 3000K and 710 lumens at 4000K. Those are the matt white variant’s own figures; the polished chrome and brushed steel models have different published outputs.

DL507MWM is the mains-dimmable H5 500 model, listed for compatible leading-edge or trailing-edge LED dimming. Once installed with a suitable dimmer, a kitchen can have brighter task lighting when needed and a gentler setting later in the evening. Dimming changes the brightness; it does not change the selected colour temperature automatically. A separate 1–10V version exists within the H5 500 range, so check the product code when specifying a control system.
