The Scolmore DB700 is a robust 80A Fused Main Switch fitted with a high rupturing capacity (HRC) BS88-3 fuse, designed for the safe isolation and protection of incoming electrical supplies. Engineered for reliability, it features a mechanical ON/OFF indicator, double pole switching, and IP20 ingress protection, making it ideal for residential, commercial, and industrial installations.
Constructed with a light grey urea housing, brass terminals, and copper internal busbars, the DB700 supports solid cable capacities of 25mm² and 16mm², with secure screw-type terminations. It operates at 250V AC / 80A, with a temperature range of -5°C to +40°C, and complies fully with BS 60947-3 and BS 88-3 standards.
