Click Scolmore CMA795 Mode 13A 1G Switched Socket Outlet With Twin Type C USB (4A) Outlets

Power a standard mains appliance while charging two modern devices with the Scolmore Click Mode CMA795 13A single switched socket with twin USB-C ports. Combining a UK plug outlet and integrated USB charging in one compact accessory, it provides a tidy solution for bedrooms, home offices, kitchens, living spaces, hotels and commercial interiors.

Both USB Type-C ports support PD20W USB Power Delivery fast charging, allowing compatible smartphones, tablets, power banks and other portable devices to charge without a separate plug-in adaptor. Scolmore specifies up to 3A independent charging per port, with a 4.2A shared output when both ports are used. An intelligent charging chip adjusts the available output to suit the connected device load.

The integrated charging outlets free the 13A mains socket for another appliance, such as a bedside lamp, television, computer or small kitchen appliance. Charging speed will depend on the connected device, charging cable and supported USB Power Delivery protocol.

The standard UK outlet is rated at 13A and 250V AC and includes a three-pin safety shutter to help restrict accidental access to live contacts. A single-pole rocker provides convenient control of the mains socket without requiring the plug to be removed.

Finished in polar white, the CMA795 features Click Mode’s smooth, rounded profile. The moulded front plate and rocker are manufactured from urea, creating a clean appearance that coordinates with other polar white switches, sockets and wiring accessories from the Click Mode range.

The socket measures approximately 86mm wide, 86mm high and 9.5mm deep, with standard 60.3mm horizontal fixing centres. It requires a minimum 25mm mounting box, making it suitable for many replacement and new-build installations where the existing wiring space and circuit arrangement are compatible.
