Description
Take control of your room’s warmth with the Airmaster HTPN18 1.8kW aluminium panel heater. With an LCD display, handheld remote and programmable temperature settings, it provides practical controls for managing electric heating around your routine.
The aluminium design combines radiant warmth from the front panels with convection through the top grille. Choose a wall-mounted installation to keep floor space clear, or use the standing supports for a freestanding arrangement.
The manufacturer specifies that this heater is suitable for well-insulated spaces or occasional use.
1800W heating with an aluminium panel design
The HTPN18 provides a rated 1800W output. When selecting it for a room, consider insulation, glazing, ceiling height and the temperature you need to maintain.
Its front panels transfer radiant heat, while the top grille allows convected heat into the room. Position the heater with the clearances required by the operating instructions so that heat can circulate properly.
Adjust the heater with its handheld remote
The supplied remote gives you access to the heater’s operating functions without reaching for the control panel. This is useful when choosing a wall-mounted position or adjusting the settings from elsewhere in the room.
The heater also has onboard controls and an LCD display showing temperature, time and operating-mode information.
Day, Night and Anti-freezing modes
The operating manual describes three selectable temperature modes. Use Day mode for your chosen comfort setting, Night mode for a reduced setting, or the specified Anti-freezing mode where appropriate.
Each mode has its own adjustable temperature range. Select settings that suit the room and follow the manufacturer’s instructions for operation.
Programme the week around your routine
Weekly programming lets you arrange operating modes across the day and through the week. This helps you plan heating for a space with a regular pattern of use.
The thermostat regulates heating against the selected temperature. Actual electricity consumption depends on those settings and the room’s heat loss, so a thoughtful programme is more useful than simply leaving the highest temperature selected.
Check the space before choosing the installation
CED publishes dimensions of 1000mm wide × 630mm high × 255mm deep. Allow additional space for the mounting arrangement, access and required clearances.
For wall mounting, have the surface, fixings and electrical connection checked against the supplied instructions.
