Description
Control the electrical supply to a suitable fixed appliance with the BG Nexus Metal NFB31-01 matt black 20A double-pole switch. Designed for appliances such as refrigerators, water heaters and central-heating boilers, it provides a convenient local on/off control point for domestic and commercial installations.
The double-pole mechanism switches both poles together, providing more complete appliance isolation than a single-pole switch. Its prominent rocker is easy to operate, while the flush LED power indicator provides a clear visual indication of the switch’s operating state.
Rated at 20A and 250V AC, the NFB31-01 is suitable for compatible fixed electrical loads within the product and circuit ratings. It complies with BS EN 60669-1 and uses a double-pole switching mechanism.
The premium matt black metal plate has a slim profile and softly rounded edges, creating a coordinated finish for modern kitchens, utility rooms, plant rooms and contemporary commercial interiors. Matching fixing screws are supplied to complement the front plate.
Colour-coded terminals make the connections easier to identify during installation. Captive, backed-out terminal screws help reduce preparation time and prevent loose screws from being misplaced. The terminals accommodate up to three 2.5mm², two 4mm² or one 6mm² conductor.
A fixed moisture-control gasket helps protect the metal plate edges from moisture associated with newly plastered walls. Fixing screws and installation instructions are included for professional fitting.
