Description

The BG MID100A-01 100A MID approved energy meter provides accurate import and export electricity monitoring for solar PV systems, EV charger installations and dedicated electrical circuits. Its bidirectional metering capability records energy drawn from the grid as well as energy exported back to the supply, making it especially useful for renewable-energy monitoring, EV charging and sub-metering applications.

In addition to measuring real-time active energy in kilowatt-hours, the meter displays reactive energy, voltage, current, active power, reactive power, power factor and supply frequency. Electrical readings can be viewed through the backlit LCD screen using the single-touch control or transmitted to a compatible monitoring system through the built-in RS485 Modbus connection.

The meter displays active energy, reactive energy, voltage, current, active power, reactive power, power factor and frequency. Data can be checked on its backlit LCD display or transmitted to a compatible external monitoring device through the RS485 Modbus interface.

Its compact 18mm design occupies one DIN rail module, accepts live conductors up to 25mm² and uses direct inline metering without external CT clamps.
