Description

Create comfortable, adjustable lighting with the BG Evolve PCDSBTDM1B-01 satin brass master touch dimmer. Its intelligent trailing-edge technology provides smooth, silent control of compatible dimmable LED, CFL, halogen and traditional lamps, with a maximum rating of 100W for dimmable LEDs and 200W for suitable conventional lighting.

Specification

The BG Evolve PCDSBTDM1B-01 is a satin brass, single-gang master touch dimmer switch designed for smooth control of compatible dimmable LED, CFL, halogen and traditional lamps.

Its intelligent trailing-edge technology supports dimmable LED and CFL loads from 5W to 100W, tungsten or incandescent loads from 5W to 200W, and halogen lighting from 20W to 200W. The two touch-control areas allow users to switch the lights on or off, increase or reduce brightness, and quickly select maximum or minimum light output.

The dimmer remembers the previously selected brightness level and restores it when the lighting is switched back on. Soft-start operation gradually raises the output to help protect compatible lamps, while built-in overload protection reduces or switches off the output if an excessive lighting load is connected.

For two-way lighting control, the PCDSBTDM1B-01 must be paired with a compatible BG secondary touch dimmer. It cannot be used with a conventional two-way light switch or another standard rotary dimmer.

Finished in satin brass with a contrasting black touch panel, the screwless design creates a clean, contemporary appearance for bedrooms, living rooms, dining areas and modern commercial interiors. It requires a minimum 25mm mounting box and is covered by BG Electrical’s 25-year manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the warranty conditions.
