Description

The BG CUTS1-01 16A time-delay switch provides automatic delayed switch-off control for suitable lighting circuits. Its adjustable countdown can be set from approximately 30 seconds to 20 minutes, allowing lights to remain on for a chosen period before switching off automatically. This makes it particularly useful for staircases, corridors, communal areas, utility spaces and other locations where lighting is only required temporarily.

Designed for installation inside compatible BG Fortress consumer units and enclosures, the timer occupies only one DIN-rail module. Its compact design helps preserve valuable consumer-unit space while adding practical timed lighting control to domestic, commercial and communal electrical installations.

The front-mounted adjustment dial allows the delay period to be selected to suit the installation. A manual override function also provides direct control when permanent operation is required, making the device more flexible than a fixed-duration lighting timer.
