The Aurora AU-SSEN/CR/IP65/WH Recessed PIR Sensor is a professional IP65 360-degree ceiling motion sensor designed to automatically control compatible lighting when movement is detected.
Featuring an impressive 8 metre detection range, full 360° detection coverage and a maximum installation height of 4 metres, this compact recessed PIR sensor is ideal for lighting automation in bathrooms, corridors, hallways, utility rooms, offices, commercial premises, changing areas, communal spaces and other suitable indoor or protected locations.
Aurora specifies a substantial 1200W LED load capacity, making the AU-SSEN/CR/IP65/WH suitable for controlling larger compatible lighting loads where correctly installed.
The sensor also provides an adjustable ambient light threshold from less than 3 lux up to 2000 lux, allowing installers to determine whether the connected lighting operates only in darker conditions or regardless of the surrounding light level.
An adjustable time delay from approximately 10 seconds up to 30 minutes provides further flexibility, while the convenient loop-through wiring helps simplify professional lighting installations.
