The fitting features a smooth matt-white finish, an organically shaped silicone shade and a die-cast aluminium body. Bedside Wall Light with Qi Wireless Charger

The Astro Ito includes an integrated Qi induction charging platform, allowing a compatible device to be charged by placing it on the circular charging surface.

The wireless charger provides a maximum output of:

The main body is manufactured from die-cast aluminium, while the flexible shade is made using silicone. These materials give the fitting a clean, modern appearance while supporting the Ito’s curved and organic design.

Left- or Right-Hand Installation

The Astro Ito has been designed with installation flexibility in mind. Its shade can be positioned on either the left or right side during installation.

This allows the same product to be used on either side of a double bed or adapted to suit the position of nearby furniture and electrical connections. A matching pair can therefore be installed on opposite sides of a bed while maintaining a balanced and symmetrical appearance.

Replaceable G9 Lamp

The Ito requires one replaceable G9 lamp with a maximum power of 5W. The lamp is sold separately, allowing the customer or designer to choose a suitable brightness, colour temperature and colour-rendering performance.

The selected G9 lamp must not exceed 60mm in length. Astro lists compatible 2700K G9 LED lamps, making warm-white lighting an appropriate choice for comfortable bedroom and bedside illumination.

The Astro Ito includes an integrated switch for convenient control from the bedside. Users can turn the light on or off directly from the fitting without having to reach for a separate wall switch.

The device-charging functions are designed to continue working even when the light source is switched off, allowing the Ito to function as an overnight bedside charging station.

Non-Dimmable Bedside Light

The Astro Ito is not dimmable. It should be used with a suitable non-dimmable G9 LED lamp and should not be connected to a dimmer control.

Customers who require a softer or brighter lighting effect should select an appropriate G9 lamp output before installation.

IP20 Interior Wall Light

The Astro Ito has an IP20 rating and is designed for dry indoor locations. It is not bathroom rated and should not be installed outdoors or in areas exposed to water or excessive moisture.

Suitable locations include bedrooms, hotel guest rooms, serviced apartments, student accommodation and other dry interior spaces.

Class I Earthed Construction

The Ito is a Class I earthed fitting, meaning that a protective earth connection is required.
