Can the Comfort EVO be upgraded after installation without replacing the entire fitting?
Yes. The Comfort EVO's modular 3-part design allows the reflector and trim to be changed independently of the main fitting. This means aesthetics can be updated later to suit refurbishment projects without replacing the LED engine or housing.
Does the Comfort EVO help reduce future maintenance costs?
The fitting uses a polycarbonate body with dedicated thermal management to maintain LED performance over its lifespan. Better heat control can help preserve lumen output and reduce premature component failure.
Can I use the same Comfort EVO fitting for different lighting schemes?
Yes. The selectable wattage and colour temperature options allow installers to fine-tune light levels during commissioning, making the same product suitable for corridors, reception areas, classrooms, healthcare spaces and offices.
How does the deep cut-off design improve visual comfort?
The recessed light source reduces direct visibility of the LED, helping minimise discomfort glare and creating a softer visual appearance compared with shallow commercial downlights.
Can emergency lighting be added to the Comfort EVO range?
Emergency versions and self-test emergency options are available, allowing the fitting to form part of a compliant emergency lighting strategy without changing the overall appearance of the installation
What benefits does wattage selection provide for contractors?
A single SKU can often cover multiple lighting requirements, reducing stock holding, simplifying specification changes and helping installers achieve target lux levels without changing fittings.
